About Us - Minister Jack Clark
Welcome to our website. We hope you take the time to learn about Jesus Christ. We also hope you will take the precious time to visit us and hear the message of the gospel. Here is a brief history of the church and how it started...The Greensburg Church of Christ was founded in the early 1970's. The church originally met in the Greensburg Armory. Later on around 1975, the Hendricks Street church building was purchased and we worship there to present day. We are a small congregation but seeking to grow and meet new friends in Christ. We have many of the basic needs of a small church including Sunday School, a nursery with a crib, and friendly faces awaiting to make new acquaintances.
We are free and autonomous under Christ. We cooperate with other congregations in fulfilling our Lord's commission, given in Matthew (28: 18-20)
The Great Commission
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me
in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and,
lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
